ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?

Nope! You’re free to cancel at anytime. All we require is 30 days notice.

ARE MAINTENANCE HOURS CARRIED OVER?

We do work up to the amount of hours you select each month BUT if you know you require more work on the following month we can reserve them for the following month. If for any reason your hours are not used in a specific month they will be rolled over to the following month. Standard hours are deducted from your allotted time each month during the hours of 9am- 5pm GMT, Monday-Friday. Any emergency work required outside these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) are deducted as double hours. Support is classed as standard hours at anytime.

HOW LONG DO CHANGES TAKE?

We aim to complete all requested changes within 24 hours. Larger jobs may take slightly longer.

WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE WEBSITE

If you have multiple websites our maintenance package can be split across all of your sites.

CAN WE CHANGE OUR PACKAGE?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade your package each month through your account.

WHAT WORK DO YOU COVER?

Anything to do with your Internet Marketing, SEO, Website or Social Media… we do it! All you need to do is select how many hours work you want us to do each month and tell us what you want us to do. It’s as simple as that! Anything you can think of, no matter how far out you may think it is, we will get it done for you.

DO YOU PROVIDE HOSTING?

We sure do. Hosting and emails are all included in your website maintenance package.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE 1st PAGE OF GOOGLE?

No. The only company that can make that promise is Google. Any company that says they guarantee 1st page rankings on Google are lying… run for the hills from them!
