WordPress Website Design Brief
The guys at Inform Hospitality required a revamp of their existing website, which was built in 2013. As their old site was starting to look very dated, they required a responsive modern website, which needed to be built in WordPress. Along with a great new look, Inform Hospitality wanted to increase sales by taking credit/debit card payments online for their hospitality packages.
Inform Hospitality required high Google rankings to increase online sales using our SEO services so their internet marketing strategy needed to be correctly executed before build.
Inform Hospitality have been in the hospitality and event industry for over 30 years so we wanted to make this a focal point on the website to put client trust and brand recognition. We used WooCommerce as the eCommerce solution for their new website and Stripe as the payment merchant.
As they have a lot of packages, organisation was key. The website needed to flow and allow users to view all required hospitality packages in each section and be able to make a purchase in under 3 clicks from any page.
As the nature of the ticket industry, the website needs constant updates with our website maintenance services to remove past events and add future packages. eg, new fixtures, rearranged fixtures and past fixtures.
