Any company (especially VSEs and SMEs) wishing to improve in terms of performance in Health and Safety at Work. This requires a strong involvement of management and all staff.

The regulatory bases

The regulations do not impose any safety management system. However, these steps are a way for the employer to meet its general safety obligations towards its employees, and in particular to respect the principles of prevention enacted by Law n ° 91-1414 of December 31, 1991 by transposition of European directives relating to occupational health and safety.

Action planning: Identify and assess risks using a participatory method. Establish prevention objectives for each risk. Develop an action program defining the concrete measures to be put in place to achieve these objectives.

Implementation and operation: Ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the planned prevention measures. Ensure compliance with regulations, including with regard to temporary workers or subcontractors.
